I have never attended a service so beautiful as this service held for Ashley. All things testified of Christ and the strength that comes to those who put their faith and trust in Him. The music was heavenly. The speakers conveyed a message of love and hope in a manner that I personally have never witnessed. The prayers offered so heartfelt. As I sat and observed everything, I thought to myself, I want to be better. I want to take one step closer to the Savior. I want to be my best. Even though my best will not involve singing or composing music or the strength I saw in each of you today... I am okay with that. I can do something using the talents and gifts that God gave to me. I can be more sincere, more caring, more willing to help someone. I can raise my own personal bar and be of value or service to someone knowing that God will cross my path with one person at a time and with His help, I can grow my own strength that will touch someone as your family have so consistently touched mine. “And if it so be that you should labor all your days… and bring, save it be one soul unto me, how great shall be your joy with him in the kingdom of my Father!” The Johnson family has much joy being stored in the Kingdom of our Father, for many souls were shown a strength, a faith, a belief, that is not humanlike but rather Godlike, planting a desire in so many to do better. Each of your lives are legacys to everyone privilege to know you. I thank you with all my heart.
