I’m afraid it’s been years since I last saw Ashley. But I will never forget her extraordinary kindness and her strength. When I first moved to Calgary as a child, Ashley was the first to welcome me and make me feel like I belonged. I know she touched so many others with that same spirit. Ashley brought warmth and laughter wherever she went… and what a contagious laugh she had! If we could get her giggling, she could set the room roaring with laughter, rolling on the floor in tears. Ashley, you will be missed dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
